After submitting your application we will review your CV and provide you with feedback. If your CV matches the requirements for the position, you will be invited for the Intro Call with a Talent Acquisition Partner.

Intro Call

30min video call that gives us the opportunity to discuss the role, your experience and expectations towards Zattoo. Within seven days, we will inform you about potential next steps.

Manager Interview

1-hour interview with your future manager to dive deeper. This is an excellent opportunity to ask any questions you may have. We will get back to you with feedback within 7 days.


Designed to give you a better understanding of the type of work you’d complete at Zattoo and also let us understand more about your suitability. We will review your solution within 4 working days.

Interview Loop

The last step of the hiring process where you will meet your future colleagues and learn more about our working environment. We will come back to you with the final decision within 7 days.

Job Offer

After the positive feedback has been delivered, you will receive a job offer and contract draft for your review within 24 hours.

Common questions

Do I need to speak German to apply for your positions?

The official language of communication at Zattoo is English, therefore we do not require fluent German language for most of our positions. In specific cases, when we require good language competencies in German, we highlight it in the job description.

What happens if I want to apply for a role, but do not see any suitable open positions?

We always recommend to keep an eye on our career site. You can also join our Talent Community - the place where you can engage with us and let us know you would like to #jointhestreamteam but you can’t see an open position that suits you just yet.

How long does the interview process take?

The hiring process usually consists of 4 stages and it may take a few weeks to finalise it. We always try to move forward as fast as possible but the average amount of time from interview to offer is 36 days.

Do you hire working students?

Yes, Zattoo offers career opportunities for students. We focus on getting the right people early on with ambition, enthusiasm, and fresh ideas to train them in the exact skills we require to add value both to the company and students.

Do you offer freelance or contract positions?

At Zattoo, we offer an unlimited employment contract. Only in exceptional circumstances we would offer a freelance contract.

Can I apply for roles from outside of the EU?

Yes, we welcome candidates from all over the world. For most of our roles, we can offer visa and relocation support.

How do you onboard your employees?

We provide a well structured and well planned ahead onboarding process that helps to have the first day and months as smooth as possible. The goal is to integrate a new employee physically, emotionally and professionally into the new environment.

What is your remote working policy?

We offer a hybrid model, giving you the possibility to choose between home office or on-site. As we see huge benefits in on-site collaboration, we focus our hiring based on location. Zattoo allows temporary remote work globally for up to 8 weeks per year.

Are your offices dog friendly?

We are happy to welcome our “furry” colleagues to the office and value the energy and cuteness they bring to our team. Given that certain requirements are met in regards to dog training and alignment with the team you are welcome to bring your dog.
