We want our hybrid working model - Zybrid - to give everyone at Zattoo more flexibility on where they deliver their daily work while still emphasizing the importance of onsite collaboration, human interaction and connection.
Zattooies can also enjoy temporary remote work from countries other than their country of employment for up to 2 months per year if their role allows it.

We have imbedded continuous and collaborative learning into our company culture.

Through a focus on workshops and peer to peer knowledge sharing calls, we will endeavour to support your growth internally. However we understand that personal growth can be an independent journey. At Zattoo, we support the creativity, ambition and teamwork of our team members.
That's why every year we organise the so-called Zattoo Hackdays. It’s a getaway from daily work where for three days we give every Zattooie the chance to focus on new, exciting projects, study innovative concepts and collaborate with new teammates.
The impact Hackdays can have on us as a team and as a company can be seen in our efforts to enable climate-friendly TV streaming.
What started as an idea at Hackdays ended up with us becoming the first climate-neutral TV streaming provider.
Sustainability

We lead by example and leverage our reach to encourage others to act sustainably.
All Zattooies are welcome to join our green committee. Here you would get the opportunity to work on a range of sustainable projects outside of your job description, all within your regular work hours.
You would also be invited to take part in green events, such as in March 2022 when our Zattoo team planted 250 trees in a forest in Northern Germany.
