Nick Brambring has been Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Zattoo since January 2012. Before he joined Zattoo, Nick worked for a strategy consulting firm, where he did strategic consulting for companies in the consumer goods industry. His industry expertise includes the TV and music businesses. Nick is a qualified lawyer and holds a PHD in law from the University of Cologne and an MBA from INSEAD in France and Singapore.
As Chief People Officer, Verena Garo is responsible for the entire People Operations division. In addition to the conventional topics relating to people, this also includes the areas of Workplace, Onsite IT and Agile Team. Verena has been part of Zattoo since 2014. She worked for several years as an HR Manager and People Partner within the company. From 2017 to 2018, she assumed interim management of the entire People division. In August 2022, she became the new Chief People Officer. Verena has a degree in Business Economics from the University of Cologne and was a board member of AIDS-Waisenhilfe China e.V. for three years during this period.
Oliver Knappmann is Chief Advertising Officer at Zattoo. Oliver brings over 15 years of entrepreneurial and managerial experience in the online media industry. Before he joined Zattoo, he was managing director within the world’s largest media network, founder and CEO of a video ad network and founder and managing partner of a small cap performance marketing agency. Oliver holds a Masters degree from the University of Dortmund, Germany.
Stefan Lietsch is Zattoo’s Chief Technology Officer. For more than a decade he has focused on envisioning, building and operating one of the world’s leading, unicast-centered TV platforms. With a dedicated team of TV loving Engineers, QA and Operation Experts he constantly strives to use the latest technology to provide the best possible TV user experience. Before joining Zattoo Stefan worked as a system architect and project manager in the finance industry. He holds a PhD in Computer Science with a specialization in High Performance and Visual Computing.
Remo Metzger is Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Zattoo. Since 2009, he has been responsible for the financials at Zattoo and in this role has accompanied the expansion of the company. Before joining Zattoo, he held various positions in an international IT corporation as well as in an SME in the construction industry. Remo has an Executive MBA in Controlling from the HWZ University of Applied Sciences in Zurich and is a Chartered Specialist in Accounting and Financial Management (Federal Diploma of Higher Education).
Jörg Meyer has been Chief Commercial Officer at Zattoo since September 2021. In this role, he is responsible for the further development of the business with end customers (direct-to-consumer) as well as with business customers (B2B). Jörg has been part of Zattoo's management team since 2010, where he focused on the successful further development of the consumer business towards a subscription-financed alternative to traditional television. Jörg studied International Business Administration in Nuremberg and worked at the Boston Consulting Group.
Peter Siciliano is Chief Product Officer at Zattoo. In this position, he is responsible for Product, Design and Data Analytics. Over the past 20 years, Peter has worked in leading positions for a variety of media technology companies and brings this experience of scaling delivery teams consisting of talented cross-functional to Zattoo. Peter studied Live Action Film Direction at California Institute of the Arts in Los Angeles and has several film, TV and mixed media productions under his belt.
