We’re looking for an experienced, solutions driven Talent Acquisition Partner (f/m/x) to join our very own Talent Acquisition Team here in Berlin. It’s an exciting time where you will support Zattoo’s planned growth and play an integral role in how we attract the very best talent. We’re not just about filling requisitions, you will have the opportunity to get involved with creative TA projects and process improvements. This role will recruit across all our positions, working students through to leadership roles.

Be the subject matter expert on talent acquisition, share best practices, and align processes
Independently facilitate full life-cycle hiring including: posting, sourcing, screening, presenting candidates, interviewing, and supporting the offer process
Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and teams
Ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly aligned
Leverage and maintain ATS to improve process, pipelines and ability to deliver a high quality experience to hiring managers and candidate
Find new ways/channels to attract talent and maintain 3rd party relationships
Own process improvement and employer branding projects
Experience working either in house or in an agency in a hands-on role, both Tech and Non-Tech is ideal
Strong ability to build relationships with candidates, internal stakeholders and senior management
Proven experience in educating and advising hiring managers on talent acquisition strategies
Familiarity with different reporting tools and ATS, to enable data driven decision making - Greenhouse is a bonus
Can grasp how an agile product-focused organisation operates
Bonus: proficiency in German language is a bonus
