Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer our new Director of Sales TV Platform (TVP) will be a part of the commercial leadership team of Zattoo’s TVP business unit. The successful person will further scale a Sales organization which specializes in selling complex solutions and services to enterprise customers to further establish Zattoo as a leading TV-as-a-Service provider in the DACH region and expand our B2B customer footprint in Europe.

To grow our entire European B2B customer base you will develop and implement go-to-market strategies within the European market, and further build and scale a sales organization that specializes in long-cycle enterprise sales to mid-size/large customers. As an experienced leader with outstanding interpersonal skills you have the ability to inspire clients as well as our growing team of B2B Business Development Managers.
Build, grow and scale our Sales Organization while empowering a team of sales champions
Closely partner with TV Platform Marketing, Client Success and Product Teams to actively contribute to take our TV Platform business to its next level of growth
Strategically drive TV Platform Sales towards growth targets by assessing potential markets and evaluating business opportunities
Meet viable opportunities with sales strategy, infrastructure and operational capacity for impact
Oversee lead generation, sales processes, and support deal closure
Align the roadmap requirements of TV Platform customers and the market towards a state-of-the-art TVaaS platform
10+ years of sales experience and a proven track of sales people leadership accomplishments in a technology environment, preferably with SaaS sales or within the telecommunications industry
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with an ability to inspire clients and sales teams
Outstanding consultative selling capabilities with a successful track record in complex technology or SaaS sales (LMS: long sales cycles experience, approx. 18 months to 4 years)
Bonus: a wide professional network, outstanding commercial acumen as well as a deep understanding of the telecommunications industry, the IPTV and Video Streaming ecosystem and Zattoo’s competitive landscape are key success factors. Proficiency in German is a big plus.
