Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) our new Head of Marketing - TV Platform (TVP) role will form part of the commercial leadership team of Zattoo’s TVP business unit. Working in partnership with TVP teams (especially TVP Sales, Client Success and Portfolio Management), CCO, Product, and Corporate Marketing the successful person will build, grow and scale a marketing organisation that actively contributes to take our TV Platform business to its next level of growth.

The Head of Marketing (TVP) takes overall responsibility for all marketing activities related to Zattoo’s TV Platform business. You will grow and embed your team of Marketing Managers (TVP) to 4 FTE. Your team will design, implement and monitor effective marketing strategies that align with Zattoo’s overall business goals. In particular generate qualified leads for new customers, help to increase the loyalty of existing customers and contribute to position Zattoo as a thought leader for IPTV and Video Streaming technology.
Leadership: Build, lead and empower a team of marketers
Develop compelling value propositions for Zattoo’s TV-as-a-Service solutions in partnership with Sales, Client Success and Product Teams
Establish a brand identity for Zattoo’s TV Platform business
Brand awareness and reputation: Increase visibility and reputation within the TV distribution industry
Lead generation: Generate marketing qualified leads
Customer marketing: Help to increase customer satisfaction, retention and loyalty
Extensive, in-depth professional experience in marketing of B2B SaaS or Enterprise Solutions
Demonstrable experience scaling a growing team, supporting C-level executives, and driving company-wide marketing strategies in partnership with cross-functional teams, with special focus on lead generation
Strong communication skills - excellent verbal and written communication in English (and preferably German)
