Having problems with Zattoo? Our FAQ section contains answers to common user questions. If you can’t find an answer there, send an email to support@zattoo.com. It greatly helps us to identify your issue if you include the following information:
- Your operating system
- The version of Zattoo you use (to see the version, in the player click on “File”/”About Zattoo”)
- Your broadband provider and connection speed
- Your location (country, city)
- Your IP address - to see it click on www.alexnolan.net/ip/
- A detailed description of the error - which channel you were watching, etc.)
- The error message you received
- The email account you use to login to Zattoo
