Having problems with Zattoo? Our FAQ section contains answers to common user questions. If you can’t find an answer there, contact our support. It greatly helps us to identify your issue if you include the following information:
- Your operating system
- The version of Zattoo you use (to see the version, in the player click on “File”/”About Zattoo”)
- Your broadband provider and connection speed
- Your location (country, city)
- A detailed description of the error - which channel you were watching, etc.)
- The error message you received
- The email account you use to login to Zattoo
